About Frum Fatale

Frum Fatale was started for women by women. We all suffer traumas in our lives and have experiences that leave us feeling lost and out of our own control.  We can choose to live differently though; with purpose and confidence knowing that we can protect our hearts, our bodies, and those around us. We can choose to thrive. Sometimes all we need are tools to accomplish this. This is where we come in, offering coaching and trainings to help women find their strengths internally, while also equipping them with self defense and weapons trainings to protect them externally. We are a women owned and run business, creating a safe space for other women to come to learn and grow. 

Yael Lagana is a survivor of abuse and trauma. She is a success story and has made it a priority in her life to pass on the tools and knowledge she has gained to become the person she is today,  by sharing it with other women.  As a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience , Yael has empowered her clients  and colleagues achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Her approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs. She believes that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By identifying and working towards their goals, her clients are able to unlock their full potential and create a life they love and feel secure. She studies Feminine Embodiment Coaching in the School of Embodied Arts.
